Funding and withdrawal processes are carried out through secure processes.

Client funds are held in segregated accounts with reputable and authorized institutions in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified in advance of any material changes.
Processing times are indicative. The Company processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day; however, the time required for funds to reach the client may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
The Company does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, third-party fees (e.g. banks or payment providers) may apply and are outside the Company’s control.
Withdrawals are subject to internal review for the purpose of complying with applicable AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Clients may withdraw available funds at any time, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the initial deposit, and all transactions must be made using payment methods held in the client’s name.
Funds can be withdrawn from available account balances.
Payments are currently supported in EUR.
Third-party payments are not accepted. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods held in the client’s name.
The Company reserves the right to request additional information and/or documentation prior to processing a withdrawal request.
