Withdrawing Funds from your account

You can withdraw funds at any time through your secure Client Area, using your original funding method, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

How to withdraw

  1. Access your account: Log in to your secure Client Area.
  2. Navigate to Withdrawals: Go to withdrawal section within your dashboard.
  1. Enter your withdrawal details: Select your trading account, choose your preferred withdrawal method, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  1. Submit your request: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request. You will receive confirmation once your withdrawal has been successfully submitted.

Processing Times

The Company processes withdrawal requests within one (1) business day; however, the time required for funds to be credited to the client may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution

Fees & Charges

The Company does not impose deposit or withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by third parties, including banks or payment service providers, may apply and are outside the Company’s control.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed using the original funding method(s), in line with regulatory requirements.

  • Where multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals are processed in the same sequence 
  • The original deposited amounts are returned first 
  • Any remaining balance (profits) may be withdrawn using available methods

Regulatory Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to internal review to ensure compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and regulatory requirements.

Clients may withdraw available funds at any time, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

When multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals must be processed using those same methods in the same order. Any funds should be withdrawn to the same card used for deposit first before refunding via any other method. Once these amounts have been completed, any remaining balance should be withdrawn following the sequence of the original deposits. After all deposited funds have been processed, profits can be withdrawn using any of the previously used methods.

We do not charge any fees for processing withdrawals, including bank transfer withdrawals. However, your bank may apply additional charges.

Yes, withdrawals can be requested while trades are still open, as long as there are sufficient free funds that are not limited by trading margin.
