You can withdraw funds at any time through your secure Client Area, using your original funding method, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
How to withdraw
- Access your account: Log in to your secure Client Area.
- Navigate to Withdrawals: Go to withdrawal section within your dashboard.
- Enter your withdrawal details: Select your trading account, choose your preferred withdrawal method, and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Submit your request: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request. You will receive confirmation once your withdrawal has been successfully submitted.

How to make a withdrawal?
You can withdraw funds through the Client Area using the original funding method.
When multiple deposit methods have been used, withdrawals must be processed using those same methods in the same order. Any funds should be withdrawn to the same card used for deposit first before refunding via any other method. Once these amounts have been completed, any remaining balance should be withdrawn following the sequence of the original deposits. After all deposited funds have been processed, profits can be withdrawn using any of the previously used methods.
Are there any fees for withdrawals?
We do not charge any fees for processing withdrawals, including bank transfer withdrawals. However, your bank may apply additional charges.
Can I withdraw from an account where I have open positions?
Yes, withdrawals can be requested while trades are still open, as long as there are sufficient free funds that are not limited by trading margin.
